This morning, August 30, I had reason to call your customer support line at approximately 9:30am EST. I spoke to a Ms. Krystal Insley. First, I’d like to compliment Solo for connecting me to a human being without first having to make a dozen menu choices and sitting on hold for 10 minutes. Next, I wish to compliment Krystal on the way she handled the call. She was courteous, listened to my problem, and was apologetic on behalf of the company. This was a refreshing change from my other customer service encounters of recent! Krystal not only handled my problem (missing nozzle tips), she also offered to email me information she had compiled on replacing the tips, based on her other customer experiences. My customer service experience thankfully exceeded all expectations!
