I would like to share my recent experience with Solo Corporation. I own a few Solo products and I always appreciated the quality of the products and in fact that they are MADE IN USA. I called customer service a few weeks ago in regard to an issue with a sprayer and I was very impressed to hear a friendly voice to answer the phone call and to connect me with the customer service representative Krystal Insley.
I think Krystal went out of her way to solve the issue and sent me the part with all details and tracking numbers. She is very detail-minded and follow-through until the issue is resolved.
BTW, the music that was playing while I was on hold for a few minutes to talk to Krystal is a great 70s rock and in my case makes it more fun to wait than listening to elevator music.
