Krystal Insley was very helpful with my Solo parts problem. She gave me her e-mail address so I could forward her a photo of what I needed. She explained to me the reason I couldn’t find my model # on the web site was because the model # had changed. And she gave me that new model # for future reference. She then took a moment to see if I should buy just the part or a kit. The kit as it turned out. Thank you Krystal!
