After over a decade of reliable service my recoil starter on my Solo leaf blower locked up. After searching Google for parts I took the starter to the Solo distribution center. The technician disappeared with my blower for about 20 minutes and returned with a filter and gasket I requested and my starter in perfect condition. I’ve always been in awe of German engineering and now I’m blown away (no pun intended) by their customer service.
