I call your customer service number because I needed help with model identification and a rebuild kit for an older Solo backpack pump sprayer. Not only did someone answer the phone, immediately understood my request and transferred me to Krystal Diggs who help me identify my model (475) and proper rebuild kit number as well as sent me technical information to help me do the rebuild.
