The sprayer pack is the only Solo product that I have experience with. The performance of the unit is excellent. It is easy to use and easy to clean, both of which contributes to the quality of the unit. I recently had a hook attached to the sprayer break through normal use. I contacted customer service who forwarded my request for replacement hooks. I was provided with an answer within 36 hours and new hooks are being shipped. This immediate response was greatly appreciated.
