I bought a Solo backpack sprayer and was very baffled about what some of the parts were and what to do with them. I called Solo and was connected with Krystal. She knew exactly what those parts were, sent me pictures, explanations, and walked me through the process of using them on the nozzle. She enlisted the help of Meaghan and thanks to them I feel comfortable that my sprayer is put together properly. Krystal even followed through with a call to make sure my issues were resolved. I can’t wait until the wind and rain stop so I can spray the weeds in my yard. Great customer service! I recommend buying Solo as their customer service is there to help if needed. I think that means a lot.
